Exchange your jewelry

Interested in exchanging your jewelry for a different style or size? You can easily initiate this by following the steps outlined below for returns. In the meantime, feel free to browse our online shop and place an order for the new item you’d like.

Returning your jewelry

Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the opportunity to return it within 14 days from the day you receive it. Please note, however, that custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Important considerations for returns

  • Jewelry must be in its original condition for a return: unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of items like earrings that have been worn.
  • Returns that do not comply with these guidelines will unfortunately have to be declined.

Steps for returning

  1. Send an email to us including your order number(s) and the specific items you wish to return, along with your reason for returning them.
  2. We will respond with the appropriate return address for you to use.
  3. Pack the jewelry securely in its original packaging and send it to the provided address.

Refund Process
After we have received and checked the returned items, we will begin the refund process. This might take up to 14 days. We will notify you by email once your return has been fully processed.

Things to remember

  • The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Further details on this policy are explained at the end of this page.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  • We cannot be held liable for items lost during shipping. Consider sending your package with track & trace or insured if it feels more comfortable to you.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.

Combining returns from multiple orders
If you have items to return from various orders, you can send them back together in one package. Just ensure to include all related invoices or packing slips, or alternatively, a list of all the order numbers included in the package.

Eco-Conscious return policy

Why aren’t returns free?
As a company dedicated to sustainability and ethical practices, we cannot absorb the shipping and processing costs associated with returns. The return process is quite resource-intensive and costly. Our approach is to maintain fair pricing on our jewelry rather than increasing prices to cover return costs. As a result, we do not offer free shipping on returned items. This approach is in line with our values of transparency, environmental responsibility, and encouraging thoughtful purchasing.
